National Association of Japanese Canadians（NAJC）新移住者委員会(JNIC)からのお知らせ第8回カナダ移住者座談会二重国籍について考えよう皆様ご存知の通り、二重国籍は憲法違反であると訴えた訴訟が、最近日本のいくつかの地裁高裁でありました。今までの所は、現存の国籍法は違憲ではない、という訴訟結果が出ていますが、違憲性訴訟の最終結果は最高裁の判断を待つしかないのでしょう。
