Thank you everyone for visiting the National Association of Japanese Canadians booth at the 2023 Powell Street Festival. Our NAJC team, Julia, Yukari, Hanako, Alex, Kim, and Lorene, had the best time greeting old friends and meeting new friends. They shared the history of our ancestors and our work to preserve the stories and protect human rights. Thanks to the NAJC team. New this year, we were happy to share the cute & cool Japanese and Japanese Canadian products with you.
Thank you to the Powell Street Festival staff & volunteers for organizing this annual Japanese Canadian celebration. Thanks to the other exhibitors & creative people who contributed and a special thanks to those who helped to keep us safe and well. Have a wonderful summer & see you next year at the 2024 Powell Street Festival.
