NAJC INFORMATION SESSION AND SUPPORT FOR CANADA SUMMER JOBS 2024 APPLICATIONS
Due to the overwhelming response to the grant writer support program, the NAJC is happy to announce that we are prepared to help our member organizations with applications to the Canada Summer Jobs program for 2024. The NAJC has applied successfully under this program before, and we are willing to share our experience and provide assistance in:
- Reviewing this program to determine if the organization can offer a position that would qualify for funding
- Setting up a GCOS and Canada Revenue Agency payroll account, if you do not have an account set up already
- Completing the CSJ application
- Advertising for positions (via Jobbank, NAJC website)
- Setting up an employment contract
- Setting up payroll processing software or spreadsheet to calculate pay
