The Vimy Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2024 Vimy Pilgrimage Award, another exciting educational opportunity for students (aged 14-17) across Canada.
The award recognizes youth who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to their communities and consists of a fully funded, week-long educational program in Belgium and France to study the First World War. The deadline to apply is December 18, 2023.

About the Vimy Pilgrimage Award
A program offered by The Vimy Foundation, it recognizes the actions of young people, aged 14-17, who are dedicated to the betterment of society.
The Vimy Pilgrimage Award (VPA) consists of a fully funded week-long educational program in Belgium and France to study Canada’s First World War contributions.
Scheduled for April 2-10 2024, the VPA features daily visits to important First World War sites. Participants gain transferable skills, unique perspectives about history, and connect with like-minded peers from across the country.
