The National Association of Japanese Canadians (NAJC) Human Rights Committee presents Remembering Gordon Hirabayashi Courage & Community, A North American Hero, an online tribute held March 25, 2021. Event guests: Jeanne Sakata, author of Hold These Truths, a play about Gordon Hirabayashi, and Matt Miwa of The Tashme Project, who read from the play. Greg Robinson, author of The Great Unknown and the Unknown Great: The life and times of resister Gordon Hirabayashi AND friends from the Edmonton Community spoke to his contribution to the Japanese Canadian community.
