It is designed to encourage youth to develop leadership skills that they can use to make a positive impact in their communities. Youth who complete the program are\u00a0<strong>eligible for a project grant of $2,500 to assist them in bringing a community project to life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-15093\" src=\"https:\/\/najc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Vimy_Leadership_Eng-1024x580.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"757\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/najc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Vimy_Leadership_Eng-1024x580.png 1024w, https:\/\/najc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Vimy_Leadership_Eng-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/najc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Vimy_Leadership_Eng-768x435.png 768w, https:\/\/najc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Vimy_Leadership_Eng-1536x870.png 1536w, https:\/\/najc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Vimy_Leadership_Eng-2048x1161.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 757px) 100vw, 757px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;\">Through six free, bilingual modules (<a href=\"https:\/\/vimyfoundation.ca\/application\/vimy-inspires-tomorrow-modules-and-resources-for-facilitators\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">available here<\/a>) drawing on different aspects of First World War history, participants learn how numerous Canadians took on leadership roles, and the impact of their decisions, actions, and contributions during and after the war. Whether virtually or in-person, the modules enable youth to examine, discuss, and exercise key leadership skills.
