Once registration closes April 11, applicants will be contacted and notified if they have secured a spot. If they have, applicants will be asked for their registration fee and to proceed with booking travel. Only after discussion with the organizing committee should travel arrangements be made.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend registrants contact their local community association for sponsorship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>What\u2019s included?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accommodations<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast and Lunch<\/li>\n<li>Official Activities outlined in the Conference Agenda (available shortly)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The JCYL is committed to making a minimal barrier conference. If there are financial concerns you may outline your situation in the last section of the application form.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Travel<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A travel subsidy will be provided to participants.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participants may receive up to $500 to cover airfare<\/li>\n<li>Participants from Ottawa, Montreal or the GTA may receive up to $150 to cover gas or train fare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The JCYL is committed to making a minimal barrier conference.
