Reflecting on Hiroshima & Nagasaki Day

On August 6th, we gathered to remember and reflect on the profound impacts of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This solemn day reminds us of the urgent need for peace and the importance of working together towards a world free of nuclear weapons.

The National Association of Japanese Canadians was honored to participate with a booth at the event, engaging with the community and sharing our commitment to peace and reconciliation.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to learn, discuss, and remember with us. Let’s continue to spread the message of peace and hope in our communities.
